Work on an ISO standard on “Guidelines for language services in judicial settings” will now begin on the basis of EULITA’s proposal and the comments received in the course of the voting procedure. The project leader, Liese Katschinka, will prepare a working draft (WD) and develop the project together with the nominated experts.Read more

APCI celebrated its 40th anniversary on 20 October. At the general meeting, Alan Thompson, who previously served as the Association’s Secretary, was elected to be the new Chairman of APCI’s Committee. He succeeded Geoffrey Buckingham, who joined the EULITA Executive Committee in April 2014.Read more
